Most orders are processed and shipped out the same day. However, during Halloween Season and for Items in high demand, it may take longer to process and ship the orders. If you urgently require your order for a forthcoming party/event or a special occasion, please include a note in the comments section during the ordering process.

Business days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) considered from the next working day from the order date. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands may take an additional day.

Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email with a unique tracking number is sent to the customer. Please check your email and follow the link to find the status and Estimated Time of Arrival for your order. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please refer to your country's tariffs and customs chart to determine how much custom or import duty will be charged. The shipping charges do not include custom or import duties. Customer is responsible for paying any such charges.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO and P O Box Addresses. 

Yes, Next day shipping is available on most products. We encourage our customers to leave a comment in their order if the item is needed the next day. If for any reason, the next day shipping is not available, our customer support team will contact and inform you.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders may be delayed during the Halloween Season i.e. September 10 - November 3. We encourage our customers to Call or Email us to make sure their order is shipped out on time.

This is solely the duty of customer to confirm their shipping address during checkout process. If the customer fails to check their address before making a payment and order gets shipped, there is nothing we can be done. Premium and Express shipping orders are shipped immediately as we receive the order. 

In case of Halloween season, there is no delay in shipping. Orders are shipped on first come first serve basis, but definitelt priority is given to Express and Premium Shipping orders. We are proud at the speed we ship.
